Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds at Raychan
At Raychan, we value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality architectural and construction services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Project Booking and Advance Payment
- A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to initiate any design or construction service.
- This payment confirms your project slot and initiates resource allocation.
2. Design Services Cancellation

3. Construction Services Cancellation
- For turnkey or site supervision projects, cancellation must be made in writing.
- If material procurement or labour deployment has already started, refund will be calculated after deducting expenses already incurred.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed within 3-10 business days.
4. Change of Scope or Delays by Client
- If the client delays approvals, plan confirmations, or modifies scope repeatedly, Raychan is not liable to refund or rework without additional charges.
5. Non-Refundable Components
Important Notice
The following components are non-refundable once delivered or incurred:
- Customized 3D visuals, walkthrough videos, and detailed BOQs once delivered
- Any government fees, third-party vendor costs, or external consultant charges
6. Refund Processing
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 working days.
- Raychan holds the right to request bank details for manual refunds if necessary.
- Refunds are processed only after written confirmation and approval.

- Phone requests will not be considered for official cancellation processing
