Raychan offers architecture, design, project estimation, 3D visualizations, and turnkey construction and interior services. Details and timelines may vary per project.

All payments must be made via approved channels (Bank Transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods).
3. Project Timelines
Project durations are estimated based on scope and client responsiveness. Delays due to external factors (client changes, site conditions, approvals) are not the responsibility of Raychan.
4. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, 3D models, and documents shared remain the property of Raychan unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details, approvals, and timely payments. Any delay or miscommunication may affect project timelines and output.
6. Limitation of Liability
Raychan is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under jurisdiction of courts located in Bihar.
